Chris Brierley started valuing houses for one of the regions leading independent firms of Chartered Surveyors & Estate Agents in January 1989. He was elected as an Associate of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1993 having managed one of the agents local branches. He then obtained a Diploma in Surveying (General Practice) through the College of Estate Management in September 1994 before being elected as a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in November 1999. Chris is also registered with the UK Register of Expert Witnesses and is a RICS Registered Valuer.
Chris Brierley therefore had over 30 years local valuation experience and over 20 years of residential surveying experience before setting up his own practice in 2020 covering residential properties throughout Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley and the surrounding areas.
